Didn't know, but I signed the contract which allows them to charge $1 per paper statement! Devious Fine Print!
The Toll-Free Number on the statement automatically hangs-up while you are waiting to talk to a Customer Service Rep! This happened 3 times!
I googled their regular phone number. Got hung-up the first try.
I tried again, finally got a live person. This customer service rep was patient enough to walk me thru the online sign-on process, my bills would be paperless. Now, I have to remember to log-on to check my balance & due dates!
