What a disappointment ... I ordered an item suppos...

What a disappointment ... I ordered an item supposed to arrive on Monday 21/10 after having paid for an express delivery "24h". We are Saturday 26/10, still nothing! After several exchanges with the customer service, they assured me that they would contact me to settle the dispute "under the 24h" ... still no news from them! But obviously, the purchase was debited on my bank account. Absolutely scandalous, a real scam!
