Signed up for a trial membership and never got an ...

Signed up for a trial membership and never got an email or phone call about any events that were occurring. Manager (Kris) never called me back about reshafting my clubs or when I canceled our trial. Waste of $300, you can play without a membership for cheaper right up the road.
