I had a mixed experience with Grampian carpet cleaning. While the team did an average job in cleaning my carpets, I felt that they could have paid more attention to detail. Some stains were not completely removed, and there were a few areas that were not properly cleaned. However, the rates were fair, and the team was friendly and professional. Overall, an okay experience.
