I ve been chasing down a survey for 2+ years now. It s done, but none of the concerns I had were addressed and I ve had to be a squeaky wheel to get what tepid service I ve received. When asked for the record of how the survey was done was told that was extra. Bill has been paid on time every time it is received and service is terrible. Find a company that wants a good reputation among its clients imo.
