I am a customer of OAKCREST VILLAGE and I must say their service is average. The staff is friendly but sometimes they can be a bit slow in responding to requests. The facilities are well-maintained and the ambience is pleasant. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of the amenities offered. Overall, it's a good place to live but there are some areas where they can do better.
