My family has had our cars taken care of by Fred for over 30 years. It's hard to find a mechanic that's honest and provides a level of service that reflects the importance of lives at stake. Fred always calls to inform us of any problems found before beginning work. He takes the times to explain the work done and does his best to accommodate his customers and be courteous to their schedule. I don't let anyone work on my car and had my car towed from the Bronx to Queens once just for that piece of mind.
