Extremely unprofessional on the phone. I called with a question and a woman named Gail hung up with a simple no . They did not even ask if there was anything else they could help me with (which there was). I had to call back and wait for five minutes to get somebody on the line even though I was the first caller in the queue. So unprofessional on the phone that I ll never even step foot in the door.
