I was recently part of a focus group at this facility. It is at a very convenient location downtown. It was easy to get to from the CTA Merchandise Mart stop on the brown line. They also validate parking if you drive. The staff was very friendly and very customer service oriented. We were able to sit in a waiting room with tables. They provided sandwiches and drinks (water, soda, coffee, etc) while we waited.

The room the focus group was hosted in was also very comfortable. The moderator was very friendly and engaging. We were there for 2 hours. The project was interesting, so it did not feel like that long.

The only downside was being paid in a pre-paid gift card, because this limits what you can do with your money. But it seems like most market research companies are switching to this format and it paid well for the amount of time spent.
