Not bad, as BW hotels go. Nice food, pleasant staff. Only let down is room 311 which happens to be right above the vent for the kitchen. It's killer heat at the minute so windows are open, and the noise from the fans is harsh. Also right up until end of service you get the smell of breakfast first then fryer oil in the evening. Everything else is ok, but the shower head could do with being a bit higher...
