The chairs I bought from The Chair Academy were below my expectations. The quality is mediocre, and they don't provide the level of comfort I was hoping for. The ordering process was easy, and the delivery was on time. The customer service team was responsive, but it didn't compensate for the lackluster chairs. It was an average experience, and I wouldn't recommend The Chair Academy for high-quality chairs.
