I was told by Donna B. that my unit would be totally remodeled to a brand new unit. The carpet had a HUGE stain in living room, the bathroom mirrors were old and stained and the closets are old and hard to close. And the floors creak like crazy. Electric bill for 2 BR and one person is $200. I keep thermostat on 64 degrees! Donna B in leasing office needs a class or two for her customer service skills.
