I recently engaged with a mining services provider and found the experience to be satisfactory. The services provided by the company were average, and there is room for improvement. The team had a good understanding of the mining industry and provided valuable insights. However, there were a few instances where communication could have been better, which resulted in minor delays. I appreciate their professionalism, but timely project completion could be enhanced. Overall, it was an average experience working with them.
