I have been a customer of Minqa for the past few months, and I must say that their service is average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but I have had a few issues with their customer support. There have been times when I had to wait for a long time to get a response, and the replies were not very helpful. Overall, Minqa is an okay company.
