I went online to their online payment and paid my full balance on August 1, 2018. The amount was removed from my account on on August 2, 2018 but as of today August 24, 2018 they have no record of my payment and it has not been credited to my account with HRG. I have called and talked with multiple people over the last 3 weeks with the response being "we will look into it and call you back". This callback never happens. This company is hell bent on harassing you until you make a payment, calling 3 - 4 times a day, so I know the phones can make outgoing calls. I have sent proof of payment to the company but this seems to have slowed down the process even more. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!
