I have been using Timerazor / gravy for a while now and I must say that their service is average. The website is user-friendly and the pricing is reasonable. However, there are some areas for improvement. The customer support could be more responsive and sometimes it takes too long to get a resolution to my issues. Overall, it's a decent company but with a few drawbacks.
