I have been a customer of Ltps for over a year now and I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the overall experience has been satisfactory. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. Sometimes it takes a bit too long to get a response to my queries. Nevertheless, I would recommend Ltps to others as it provides decent service at an affordable price.
