I recently purchased a product from their website. The item was as described and arrived promptly. However, I was not satisfied with the customer service I received. The representative I interacted with seemed disinterested and provided minimal assistance. Despite the decent product quality, the lack of customer support left a negative impression. I would rate my experience with Eleven as subpar.
