Shocking experience on Saturday morning (December 14) at the regional council number 4. I attended the conference in the gonfalon room. When I had to leave and I asked for the return of my document, the assistant replied that it was gone! Usually there is a blonde lady or a bald man at the reception, who are precise and professional. But this morning there was another charge. So I had to wait for all the guests to leave. So in the end an identity card remained, definitely different from mine (totally worn out and without case, while mine was brand new and with case). But the most absurd thing is that the same person in charge, with much indifference, told me: "take this (i.e. the other person's identity card), or come back on Monday ...!
