Metro is an average company. Their services are not exceptional, but not terrible either. I had an okay experience with them. The website is user-friendly, which made it easy for me to navigate and find the information I needed. However, their customer service could use some improvement. The representatives I spoke to were not very knowledgeable and couldn't answer all of my questions. Overall, I would rate Metro as average.
