This is the most wonderful program I have ever tried to lose weight with! I have never had this kind of success before! My weight-loss has been consistent and gratifying! I have more energy than I ve ever had with another program! I am almost at goal and I look forward to the next phase. Brenda has been an excellent coach! I would recommend this program to anyone who is serious about getting healthy again!
