I have been living at Parkway Gardens for over a year now, and I must say it has been a pleasant experience overall. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The grounds are well-maintained, and I feel safe living here. The only downside is that the parking can sometimes be a little crowded, but it's a minor inconvenience. Overall, I would rate Parkway Gardens as average.
