Dropped truck off. 2 days, no word from service dept. Called twice. Both times I was told my service advisor no long worked for them and they would check on the status of my vehicle and call me "right back" (oil change, tire rotation, 2 recalls and an oil leak -2017 truck with only 12k miles). No call back for 24hrs. Then told needed repair for rear main seal leak that would take 4-5 days. No choice but to comply. Lost out on entry fees to a horse show because they were unwilling to loan a truck big enough to haul my trailer/horse. 5 days later, called to check on truck. "Good news, it's just the back of the oil pan that is leaking. We put dye in the oil so we can check it in 500 miles. It will be ready tomorrow." Called the next day, "I'm sorry. Service guy checked the dye, it is the rear main seal. It will be another 4-5 days." Obviously, they didn't even look at the truck until the point of the mis-diagnosed oil pan leak. Finally called another week later saying the truck was ready. Arrived to pick up truck, service advisor meets me in the drive says my truck is on the way. ??? I patiently wait 1 hr. I walk up to advisor ask where my truck is. I'm met with a VERY rude "I text you and told you it would be an hour!" No, you didn't. He pulls out his phone and he text someone named "Jackie". I said,"I'm not Jackie." He says, "Well what truck is yours? What is your name?" in same rude attitude. I told him and he said, "Oh, rear main seal. I'm not your service advisor. Let me call him." Remember, my service advisor was no longer working there, so I had only dealt with them via phone. Truck brought up. Get in, start truck. Both back tires were 35-40 psi low. I was so upset, I couldn't deal with making them fill them. I was afraid it would take another hour--or days. This was the worst experience I've ever had getting a vehicle fixed. And this was all under warranty. I've had vehicles for 30 years. Never have I had to wait so long, been treated so poorly and disrespectfully. I will never buy from them again, and for obvious reasons, never have my vehicle serviced there again. There are lots of other Ram truck dealers to service my vehicle. Even if I have to drive farther. They didn't offer any sort of "compensation" for the numerous times they didn't return calls, said one thing, did another and were extremely rude. So disappointed, as my sales person was great, but once you make the purchase, they treat you like you stole it.
