I have been a customer of Square One Financial Group for several years now. Overall, my experience with them has been satisfactory. The customer service is friendly and helpful, and I have had no issues with their online banking platform. However, I do think that the fees for certain services are a bit high compared to other banks. Other than that, I have no complaints.
