I have been a customer of Silo Inc. for a few months now and I must say, their service has been average. While they do a decent job at delivering what they promise, I feel like their customer support could improve. Their website is easy to navigate and their pricing is competitive. However, there have been a couple of instances where I faced delays in receiving my orders and the response from their support team was not satisfactory. Overall, I would rate my experience with Silo Inc. as average.
