I bought several pairs of shoes from the Verbenas website and I have mixed feelings about the experience. On one hand, the products themselves are of decent quality and I liked the designs. However, the delivery took longer than expected and the customer service was not very responsive. I had to reach out multiple times to get a satisfactory resolution. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
