Shanti hot yoga is a wonderful studio to practice yoga. The instructors are highly skilled and provide clear instructions throughout the class. The heated room adds an extra level of intensity to the practice. I love the variety of classes offered. The studio is clean and well-maintained. Definitely recommend!
