I had an interview , for finance position , office...

I had an interview , for finance position , office was like a nightmare . Dark lights red colour automatic doors , I feel horiified in such place how can somebody work . There should be a bright colour scheme which attract the employees to spend more time in office.
They ask to fill the form , my question is why can't you spend some time on resume whether asking to fill details of name addresses home residence qualifications.
Secondly a test a guy having experience of ten years in multinational and local industry with foreign qualifications might not perform in test as he has not admitted in any University he has no knowledge of series McQ
Etc HR should think of it. Last but not least candidate who takes short leaves from office not afford 2hours in our office.
Please be ethical and maintain professionalism in all aspects.
