I am a CUSTOMER and I had an average experience with Sparkfactor. The website sparkfactor.com looked good and the overall design was okay. However, I found the navigation a bit confusing and it took me some time to find what I was looking for. The customer service was responsive but not very friendly. The rate I would give is average.
