I worked for TD for nearly 9 years in the software development side of the house a d saw the company grow from 7 to 50 and change CEOs and owning companies twice. It was a great place to work, though they didn't tend to truly reward top performers or respond well to career direction concerns. I strongly recommend the development side of the house to anyone interested, but I'd caution those interested in joining the sales organization. As a PPM or itsm provider, they're incredibly powerful and I strongly recommend them.
