The Cascade Pacific Council, Boy Scouts Of America is an average company. Their services are decent, but there is nothing outstanding about them. I would say they are an okay option if you have no other choice, but there are definitely better options out there. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall experience was just average. I wouldn't highly recommend them, but I also wouldn't discourage you from using their services.
