Went to MB of Tampa in June 2017 for my E350's ann...

Went to MB of Tampa in June 2017 for my E350's annual service. In Feb of 2018 my check oil light came on. Went to a friend's MB authorized service center in Lithia. They found that the dipstick was sitting on the engine block and NOT in the engine. I was down 1 qt which they put in for free. Called MB Service Tues March 13 and left a message for my Service Rep to call me the very next morning. Wed, March 14 no call at all from anyone in Service. Hence the review here! Shame on you MB.
