It has literally taken over 10 days to get a packa...

It has literally taken over 10 days to get a package and I live 20 minutes from the facility. Mind you I paid for express shipping (1 day). First they says it because of weather- what weather? Now They claim they can t find my address when I just had an product from the same company shipped 2 days prior. Now I have to wait an extra 2 days for them to create a ticket to get my package. And they claim it s no supervisor for me to speak to by far the worst shipping company. And now I may have to find another dress.
