I had a mixed experience with Metro duct cleaners. While the technician did a decent job of cleaning my air ducts, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the overall service. The technician arrived late and seemed rushed during the process. However, my air ducts do look cleaner now. I hope they improve their punctuality and customer service.
