I am a CUSTOMER of Protospheric Products and I must say, their products are of average quality. While they get the job done, there is definitely room for improvement. The customer service I received was satisfactory, but not exceptional. I found their website protospheric.com to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. Overall, my experience with Protospheric Products was decent, but there are certainly better options out there.
