when you entrust your possessions to a mover, you want to believe that they will take care of things. Because they take your business you want some respect.

My experience with Lange- they lie to you when they give you a quote. they make numbers up. they will say, oh, it's not the distance or the weight that makes the cost etc. they have a lot of stuff on their website. so, like any average customer, you believe this.
When they take your stuff, and eventually deliver, some items are missing, others are broken. it is impossible to get hold of them. sometimes it takes a lot of calls to get to the people who claim to be owners, and they blow you off, because they are too busy. they refuse to address you properly, and refuse to pay you for damaged and stolen/lost goods.

and if you have an accent, they treat you like you are dirt.

I wrote to BBB, and this company blew them off also!!

so be careful. avoid them like plague!! that is my advice.
