My experience with CAO.IRI was overall positive. The staff was polite and professional. However, there were a few areas where improvements could be made. The check-in process was a bit slow and there was a lack of communication regarding delays. Nevertheless, I appreciate the effort put in by the staff and would consider flying with them again.
