I had an average experience with a transportation company. While they were able to deliver my shipment on time, I had some issues with their customer service. The representatives I spoke with were not very friendly or helpful. There were also some miscommunications that led to delays in delivery. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I would consider other options for future transportation needs.
