I had an average experience with Helicon, INC. The products they offer are decent, but the customer service could use some improvement. The website is easy to navigate, and the ordering process was smooth. However, when I had a question about my order, it took them a while to respond and the answer wasn't very helpful. Overall, not bad, but definitely room for improvement.
