I have been using KRYSTAL DMS for the past year and I must say it has been an average experience so far. The software has some useful features, but there are also some areas that need improvement. The user interface is a bit outdated and not very intuitive. The document search functionality is also not very accurate. Overall, I would say it is an average document management solution.
