The chat software provided by Mpower is fantastic. It has greatly improved our customer response time, and the user interface is intuitive. We were initially skeptical about integrating a live chat feature, but Mpower Chat made the process seamless. We no longer have to worry about missed customer inquiries or slow response times. The chat analytics and reporting features have also been helpful in tracking and improving our customer support performance.
