💯 I cannot express enough how much I love The Institute of Human Performance! The trainers are exceptional and truly care about your progress. They push you to your limits, but also ensure you are doing the exercises correctly to avoid injuries. The classes are challenging, but also fun and engaging. I have never enjoyed working out so much before! Highly recommended. 💪💯
