I have been a customer of Rubino Carol Ann for a few years now and I must say they have provided an average service. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing exceptional. The prices are fair and the staff is friendly. However, there have been times when my orders were delayed and the customer service was not very responsive. Overall, I would rate Rubino Carol Ann as average.
