Research Associates' services were satisfactory overall. Although the research reports were delivered on time, I expected a greater depth of analysis. The team was responsive and receptive to our feedback, which is appreciated. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of providing more actionable recommendations and addressing specific business challenges.
