I've been a customer of Boston Benefit Partners for many years and I have to say, their service is really average. Nothing special, but nothing terrible either. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of benefits to choose from. However, I wish they were more proactive in communicating with their customers. Overall, I would rate them as average.
