I recently went on a holiday trip using the services of "Grand India Holidays" and overall, it was an average experience. 😐 The website was user-friendly and provided sufficient information about various tour packages. However, I found the customer service to be a bit slow in responding to my queries. 🙁 The itinerary of the trip was decent, but there were a few instances where the organization could have been better. For instance, there were delays in transportation arrangements and the hotel accommodations were not up to my expectations. 😕 Nevertheless, the tour guide was knowledgeable and provided valuable insights about the destinations. The prices of the packages were not overly expensive, but I feel that there could be some room for improvement in terms of the overall value for money. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement. 👍
