I have been a customer of Telecom Italia Sparkle for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they have a good range of products and packages, the quality of the service is not consistent. There are times when the internet speed is great and other times when it is extremely slow. It can be frustrating at times, especially when I need to get work done. Overall, I would say that Telecom Italia Sparkle is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
