🏗️ As a customer, I recently used the concrete pumping service provided by this company. While they did deliver the concrete on time and the quality was satisfactory, I couldn't help but notice a few areas for improvement. Firstly, their website lacked detailed information about their services, making it difficult for me to understand what they offer. Secondly, their customer service was average at best; my inquiries were met with delayed and brief responses. Lastly, the pricing was slightly higher compared to other similar companies in the area. On a positive note, the concrete pumping process itself was efficient and the workers were professional. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. 😐
