I recently had an average experience with this local farm. While their website offered a variety of produce and products, I found the overall ordering process to be slightly confusing. The website seemed somewhat outdated and could benefit from a more user-friendly interface.

However, I must commend Big Spring Farms for their timely delivery. Despite my initial confusion, my order arrived promptly and was well-packaged. The produce was fresh and of decent quality, although there were a couple of items that were slightly underripe.

In terms of customer service, I didn't have any major issues, but I would have appreciated more proactive communication. It would have been helpful to receive updates on the progress of my order.
