👍 I recently purchased some sports equipment from this company's website and overall, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and find the products I needed. However, I found the product descriptions to be a bit lacking in detail, which made it difficult to make an informed decision. 🤔 Additionally, I had some questions about the products and I tried contacting their customer service but received no response. 😕 The shipping time was as expected, but the packaging could have been better as the items arrived slightly damaged. On the positive side, the quality of the products themselves was good and they performed well during use. In conclusion, while the products are satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and packaging. Overall, an average experience. ⭐⭐⭐
